Born in Guatemala but raised in Victoria, David grew up with a certain wonder of the business world. Captivated by his father's love of negotiation and strong work ethic, he has not hesitated to submit to this deep-rooted love of business and people. David joined the Neal Estate team in 2025. Having had the privilege of growing up on the island, he has gotten quite familiar with the surroundings of Beautiful British Columbia. He brings this way of thinking into his free time also, where he likes to kick-box, read, rock-climb, and spend time with his friends, family, and Dogs, trying new foods and adventures.
